Justin at PR Mechanical was brilliant. Quick response, given the problem arose late on a Friday! He was onsite the following day, putting plans in place with excellent communication. This job was for a vulnerable aged parent. Justin showed compassion, understanding and diligence to complete the works in a timely manner. Whilst offering reassurance and guidance throughout. This has got to be one of the neatest and professional jobs I’ve seen in many years. A new boiler added with kitchen taps extra hot water supply. Justin and Sam were courteous and cleaned up and removed all the scrap. I have used them at my Factory and now at my Village hall. 10 out of 10
